Guest: Gee! The menu is really extensive( 廣泛的 ). Receptionist: Isn’t it? It includes( 包括 ) various( 各式式樣的 ) steaks( 牛排 ) and chops. Guest: Do you cook( 烹煮 ) steaks like American styles( 形式 )? Waitress: How about Japanese noodles( 麵 )? We serve wheat( 小麥 ) noodles called “ramen”, buckwheat( 蕎麥 ) noodles called “soba” and thick, chewy( 有咬勁的 ) noodles called “udon”( 烏龍 ).
