As an industrial enginnering manager your role is to find ways to eliminate waste in production processes. Advise efficient ways to use available resources and information to make our products. Finding ways to improve performance, studying product requierements carefully and then using mathematical methods and model systems to design manufacturing systems to meet those requirements most efficiently Responsibilities Lead the Industrial Engineering regional Department as Matrix manager for all EMEA facilities Industrial Engineering managers. Report and provide analysis to senior managers Review production planning schedule for EMEA plants, engineering specifications for equipment capability, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services Master data and Manufacturing execution system process governance and ownership for standardization Determine how to manufacture parts or products, or deliver services, with maximum efficiency Confer management personnel about manufacturing capabilities, capacity and staff about the status of projects. Follow up on productivity project in order improve Total Delivery Cost Follow up on staffing requirements for EMEA plants To join our team you will need: Education: Bachelor’s degree, typically in industrial engineering OR in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering technology, or general engineering Courses include statistics, production systems planning, and manufacturing systems design, among others. Experience: 5 or more years’ experience as Industrial Engineering Manager in Manufacturing environment IT & others skills: Good knowledge in MS Office is a must SAP proficiency Strong Project Management skills Strong analytical skills with emphasis in mathematics and statistics Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in matrix organizations, able to respond to multiple stakeholders (incl. online stakeholders) Fluency in English is a must.
