TICKET PRICES Adult price: $37 Concession: $30 Includes: Free entry to after-party, hire of equipment (including gear for snow tent and ice skates – must bring own socks, otherwise socks are available for purchase at $5). OutInCanberra package: $43 Includes: free drink on arrival, photograph in snow tent VIP (no line- up!) and free entry to Academy, as well as drink on arrival.

RISKS Low ticket sales: Review ticket sales 1 week prior to commencement of event. Review prices, increase promotional activity. Bad weather: Hire additional tents. Only consider moving date or cancelling event IF weather is dangerous. Not enough newsletter subscriptions: Increase promotional activity and review OIC ticket package price.
