4 Linking to Google docs In the sharing settings change the access to ‘Anyone who has the link can view ’ Copy the link into Moodle

5 Embedding Presentations into Moodle If you amend the Google doc it will automatically be updated in Moodle as it is a live link Makes your Google docs more accessible to students

6 In the sharing settings change the access to ‘Anyone who has the link can view ’

7 Select ‘Publish to the web’

8 Copy the embed code into the Moodle html toggle You can change the size of the presentation but it is best set at medium

9 Paste the code into the html source editor

10 The presentations will then be embedded into Moodle
