3. General Information  Registration at www.vde.com/vde4youwww.vde.com/vde4you  After the registration you will get an e-mail to activate your account. Please, logon with your existing account (DKE Account, former customer portal)  Alternatively, you will get two additional e-mails with username and password.  The access to your customer portal will be completely managed by you.  TestAccount: vde.demo, password: vde.demo

General Information  In the customer portal you will find the following documents  Technical information and documents to your offers, orders and certificates.  In addition you can ask questions or start orders at the VDE Institute via „Request Form“.  You can manually upload files for a project, a certificate or even without any reference via „Add documents“.
