7. 32nd annual conference, Portland, October 8-12 20067 Constraints By Lack of Internet connexion lot of countries can not participate as active member of the project ; For want of basic infrastructure (scanner) some institutes have difficulties to submit their collections ; The scepticism of scientists to submit their publication in the repository The repository is not yet integrated in the library activities (cataloguing, ASFA input, African Ocean Portal,…) ;
