7. Who’s impacted  Kansas’ early education system is dependent on the KEY fund and CIF.  Approximately 200,000 Kansas kids are served by programs that rely on CIF funding.

8. What could have been  The KEY fund was designed as a true endowment – spend a small portion each year, and allow remaining funds to grow.  This endowment would serve as a stable source of funding for future generations of Kansas kids.
