Health – Body and Mind To explain my topic, I find it extremely serious to take care of the human body and make sure its being given your honest effort to stay healthy. You do not need to work out like a body builder or strive to be one, but you should pay close attention to your weight and size. Exercise is so beneficial for your life, concerning America is the #1 most obese nation in the world, that you need to exercise. It calms you, makes you feel that much better about yourself and helps you get the girls! (Or guys if a lady is in attendance right now).
