Financial Crises You do not have any money. Keep a positive attitude. Create a budget. Don’t live outside your means.

Harassment Can be from friends, peers, or even family members. Interferes with your ability to do your best. You need to confide in someone.

Divorce Legal end to a marriage. Usually tension builds up before hand. Stressful on children because of custody issues. New relationships can also be stressful.

Death Grieving process 1. Denial: refuse to believe they have died. 2. Anger: at person for dying or others for not sympathizing. 3. Bargaining: negotiate away the death. 4. Depression: feeling lonely, withdrawal from others. 5. Acceptance: understand the death.
