the name Canada comes from a word, kanata, meaning "village" or "settlement" it’s a North American country of vast distances and rich natural resources it’s the world's second largest country by total area – spreading from the Atlantic Ocean in the east to the Pacific Ocean in the west and northward into the Arctic Ocean, the south - common border with the USA
