10 DISCUSS –How do we know if we are making measurable progress? –What evidence do we have? –Do we know why we are making progress? –How do we know? –Which specific strategies, actions or programs are not working? –Do we know why? –Do we know what to do to change this? –Can all people within our organization contribute to the answers to these questions?
