Business Profile Redesign Highlights of the project: The business profile pages are a revenue generation page. Asked to redesign the page to increase conversion rates and distribute content in a user friendly manner My Role: Manage a cross functional team to create a new interface along with building new functionality into the existing application

Business Profile Redesign Six Significant Differences: 1. Left hand rail: Links to the SuperGuarantee® program and other helpful pages. 2. Business information (Rolodex): Basic information about what the business offers 3. Map: Improved maps that display the businesses location 4. Tabs: Info, SuperGuarantee®, Reviews, Images –Tabbed information to organize Reviews, Images, and more easily. 5. What’s Nearby: Nearby businesses whose primary line of business compliments the profile displayed (for instance, a pizza place that appears on a video rental profile) 6. Search Nearby: Popular categories that when clicked will display results close by Q. Why Did We Change The Business Profile’s Design/Layout? To improve user navigation and increase leads to our clients To manage the amount of content we are collecting on local businesses and make that content easy to find and navigate To introduce items on the page that will increase revenue Q: What Are The Benefits To A Client (Advertiser)? By making our Web site user friendly, a client’s advertising is likely to be more effective, which results in more satisfied clients. Homepage Redesign Highlights of the project: The homepage was part of a larger site redesign project. The page was being re-vamped to bring dynamic content to the “front door” along with launching a new branding campaign to communicate we are the “local” experts. My Role: Manage a cross functional team to create a new interface along with building new functionality into the existing application

Called out our mobile application 4. Introduced real-time facebook and twitter messages 5. Introduced local coupons with visual map display 6. Called our Superguarantee ® program Q. Why Did We Change The Homepage Design/Layout? Introduce and surface the amount of content we are collecting on local businesses and make that content easy to find and navigate Market our Mobile and SuperGuarantee® Program Rebrand the overfeel of the site to introduce the “local” expertise Q: What Are The Benefits To A Client (Advertiser)?
