Part of the supply chain for the forwarder. Origin services: Pre move surveys, packing and collection of shipments. Destination services: Delivery and unpacking of shipments.

7 Household Goods Survey
Visual analysis of all contents for various approved shipment methods based on benefits. Documentation of special requirements Crating, appliance service, disassembly/reassembly Origin access evaluation Shuttle service, stair carries, long carries Submit all estimated weight/volume and special requirements back to forwarder so they can book containers and subsequent logistics.

11 Customs Exams VACIS Exam: X-Ray exams that currently affect 80% of shipments. Physical Exam: Shipments that fit a categorical reason for examination. Tailgate Exam: Spot check of random items to determine if anything suspicious is discovered. Intensive Exam: Containers drayed to exam site and contents are physically inspected. USDA Exam: Inspects the goods for insects, infestation or improper wood packaging. CET Exam: Physical inspection for narcotics, drugs and weapons.
