During the 19 and 20 century, the chocolate has invented. The chocolate is not a recognized inventor. The chocolate is a solid or semi-solid food that is produced by a process of the Fruits of cocoa grindig after that they have been toast. The chocolate is composed Of butter cocoa, carbohydrates, protein and a small proportion of vitamin and minerals.

1.- Chocolate is made with cocoa. The cocoa mass clean and cocoa are weighed and placed in a container to be diluted. 2.- Sugar is blended with ground cocoa butter and diluted the mass of cocoa in a mixing machine. At the same time, flavorings, milk powder and cocoa powder are added to the mixer to obtain a completely homogenous mixture.

3.- When chocolate is derived from the refining equipment, it is in paste form and is pumped to a storage tank. Then it can be processed into the desired type of chocolate, for example, coated peanuts, chocolate sándwich or sándwich, etc.. 4.- The chocolate paste is injected into the mold by the machine filled and transported to be reformed by a vibratory conveyor.

We conclude that the chocolate is a very delicious product that is consists primarily of cocoa. During the 20th century United States and Western Europe were the countries most consumers of this product. The chocolate is not known who is or how was invented. To make the chocolate needs a long process and the ingredients seen before. THE END…
