4 | 4 RESERVATION PAGE Customers are limited daily to an 18 hours reservation. 3 days reservations for special projects are authorized on a case by case basis after evaluation by the AMP Desk 206-684-3613. Longer reservations can be approved on a case by case basis.

5 | 5 CONFIRMATION PAGE STEP 1 This slide uses the “Two Content” layout Two columns should be used sparingly; good for pro & con or comparison PowerPoint tips: o Less is more o Don’t clutter slides o Three points per slide (or fewer) o Use “fade” animation to introduce one point at a time

6 | 6 CONFIRMATION PAGE STEP 2 Remarks are not necessary. Must check yes, I do have a valid drivers license. Click on confirm reservation.

7 | 7 SUCCESS Ignore reservation number. Start and End details. The customer making the reservation. C Code is the most important detail to remember. Car type. Location ie. SSC/NSC. Location of card and key manager on map.

8 | 8 CHANGE RESERVATION PAGE In case you made a mistake you can click on “change reservation”. Make your changes and reserve.

9 | 9 RESERVATION BOARD FORMERLY GRAPHICAL RESERVATION The reservation board allows you see all the reservations at a particular location. Your reservation will be blue and if you hover over you can see the details of that reservation. Other users reservation will be red. Available reservation time will be in green.

11 | 11 CHANGE RESERVATION CONFIRMATION E-MAIL Note previous reservation details in GREY. New reservation details in GREEN.

12 | 12 MY RESERVATIONS The Current Reservations tab demonstrates which reservation is active at that point in time. The All Reservations tab demonstrate those reservations you have in the future.

13 | 13 SHORTEN Your reservation will be automatically shortened and you will receive an e- mail if you do not pick up your keys within the allotted time period. You can modify reservations or call the AMP Desk 206-684-3613. If your reservation is timed out, you are required to make a new reservation.

15 | 15 RETRIEVE / RETURN KEYS Green Flashing LED to retrieve. To return keys place INVERS fob up to field with INVERS facing you. Look for the correct door in the window. Requires your user PIN.
