HOW do you get lice?
7
How do you get lice? People get lice from sharing combs, brushes, hats, clothes, headbands, sleeping bags, pillows, and much more… Anything that sticks to the lice on someone else’s head can easily be transferred to your head if you touch that object after! Lice CANNOT Jump or Fly!
8
Eww…How do I get rid of Them? TELL AN ADULT! (your parents, teacher, principal!) They will help remove the insects from your head with special shampoo and a comb bought from the pharmacy. Don’t forget that if you do get lice, you must clean your pillows, toys, bedding and clothes too, just in case the lice are hiding! Look for nits in your siblings and parent’s heads too!
