The U.S. bill of rights outlines the basic freedoms of U.S. in 10 different amendments, while their closely relates with 12 individual rights offered to all Italian citizens.

The U.S. GPD has to blame for this, as most of the percents of GPD for each part of the spending is comparable to that of Italy’s. Health is an exception as the U.S. uses a much higher percent of it’s GPD than Italy.

9 The United States and Italy began domestic relations in 1861 after it became one state. The U.S. has strong relations with all of Europe, which includes Italy. They are NATO allies and the U.S. has multiple military bases in Italy. U.S. additionally homes about13,000 of their soldiers on these bases on Italian soil. Italy is a very active transatlantic partner to U.S. as both strive to meet democratic ideals and want cooperation in civil conflict.
