during college vacations.

14. Visa Fee
The visa processing fee for all types of visas is 4 700 INR. The fee is not refundable. 
The visa fee should be paid by Demand Draft at the time of submission of the visa application.
Submit the application in person on the appointment date and time. A short interview will be conducted by the consul on the same day.

As student has to complete 2 years of Masters of 2 to 3 yrs of bachelorsor 3 yrs of PHD
