Teamwork is where a team work together not having one person do all the work. Team normally need someone to lead the effort. Just because someone leads doesn’t mean they are better then anyone else, they just have good leadership skills.

Team members will be less supportive if they feel that the team leader is putting himself/herself above anyone else.

Teamwork: Sharing success and failure and becoming better because of it. It is learning to help others and let them help you. The sum of the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Teamwork is great when you can find it

Teamwork is work done by several associates with each doing a part but all subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole.

TO HAVE SUCCESSFUL TEAMWORK YOU HAVE TO SUPPORT THE LEADER OF THE TEAM. BEING A LEADER IS A GOOD THING TO BE. SO, DON’T GET JEALOUS BECAUSE ONE PERSON IS LEADING, AND YOU’RE NOT DOESN’T MEAN THEY ARE BETTER. HAVING A LEADER MAKES THE TEAM BE SUCCESSFUL AND YOU NEED A LEADER TO HAVE TEAMWORK.

So, if one person in the group fails you all fail. You have to get back up, and support each other. There is no I in TEAM. No one should out do anyone in your own team.

So, just remember to set a goal, and work towards that goal as a team. Do not work towards that goal by yourself. Be supportive, helpful, and leading so you can accomplish the goal with YOUR team.
