WHAT IS NEEDED Legislative framework – law enabling implementation of UHC Information (epidemiology to when patient receives medicines) Clarify funding sources Collaboration with private sector (adapt business rules) New models of service delivery Capacitate the workforce – scale up service, meet expectations System – not just a health issue, skills sets needed (demand planners, forecasting analysts, legal, logistics) Public participation and patient education
