OpenLMIS Community identified areas of collaboration: external communications, support implementers, internal knowledge-sharing, collecting and analyzing requirements, designing product roadmap, technical design, developing software, documentation, training, translation, community roadmap and sustainability Proposed Initial Teams: Communications & Advocacy Product Management -- product roadmap, requirements, user engagement Implementations – support, knowledge sharing, training, requirements, user engagement, Technical (may be multiple per technical track) Governance – community roadmap and sustainability, revenue generation
