2 Proposed OpenLMIS Community To-Do List Identify how we can divide our community into teams Ensure that teams can communicate clearly and effectively Attract a diverse range of contributors to our community to get involved and contribute to our goals Build an environment conducive to our wider goals Define the scope of each team, and help team members understand that scope Understand the extent and range of collaboration between our teams Encourage diversity and opportunity in the community Produce a Code of Conduct*

3 What teams (or working groups) do we need? OpenLMIS Community identified areas of collaboration: external communications, support implementers, internal knowledge-sharing, collecting and analyzing requirements, designing product roadmap, technical design, developing software, documentation, training, translation, community roadmap and sustainability Proposed Initial Teams: Communications & Advocacy Product Management -- product roadmap, requirements, user engagement Implementations – support, knowledge sharing, training, requirements, user engagement, Technical (may be multiple per technical track) Governance – community roadmap and sustainability, revenue generation

4 New partners and members OpenLMIS Community capabilities needed: community management, fundraising/revenue generation, software architecture and development, supply chain domain expertise(practical and theoretical, local and academic), evangelism, advocacy, user experience design, product management, requirements analysis, actuarial value determination and demonstration, business development and partnering, global connector, systems integration and interoperability, HIS expertise from other (interoperable) domains, HIT capacity-building Proposed new contributors / partners / community members:
