Everyone makes mistakes… “A mistake is a gift that you give to yourself… as long as you learn from it.” We will always try to have a day! –One reminder about following rules: (slow down and think about what you did and how to fix it) –Two reminders about behavior: (slow down, regroup, and plan to improve) –Three or more reminders about behavior: (stop, think about results of behavior, correct mistake, and conference with teacher and a note/phone call to parents to discuss consequences and plan for improvement). Note will need to be signed by parents – and returned to school the following day.

HOMEWORK/CLASSWORK POLICY Initial enVision Interactive Math Book page nightly Check homework to make sure it has been completed neatly and carefully Also, check the Take Home Folder Nightly Completed homework/classwork is a required skill which is documented on the report card. There may be times that your child may stay in for recess for one of the following reasons: re-teaching of a concept that may have been difficult to grasp during the instructional time, while completing homework, or not completing classwork throughout the day.

15. Important Information Peanut and Tree Nut Free Classroom Latex Free School Please provide 2 healthy snacks for your children (am and pm snack). If your child buys lunch, he/she still needs to pack snacks. Friday is still ORANGE DAY, but we are having a School Wide Pep Rally, please incorporate the some BLUE too! 50 th Celebration of Goodnoe Elementary!
