The men in Jackson’s cabinet are not the proper sort to be running the country. He has created a “spoils system” that rewards his supporters, not the most qualified. Complete section 4 question 1. Jackson is a strong leader who does what he thinks is right. We agree with his decision to replace civil servants. Rotating them is more democratic than lifetime service. Upper Class. Common Man

He has overstepped his authority by dismantling it and putting federal money in his “pet banks”. Jackson’s dismantling of the bank shows he is a champion of the people.
