Open to all 6th, 7th, 8th grade Baltimore County students.
Winning designs used in a calendar.
Winners honored at special ceremony at the Courthouse.
One GRAND PRIZE: $750
Three 1st PLACE winners: $500 each
Nine 2nd PLACE winners: $350 each

3. REQUIREMENTS:
Must convey ANTI-DRUG or ANTI-ALCOHOL theme.
No product names or symbols.
No computer-aided designs.
No chalk pastel.
