Slim Fast Diet is the most common diet shake and meal replacement. PROS: Flexible program that can fit individual needs. Shakes and bars can provide a balanced diet for most people. Lots of information about lifestyle changes, exercise plans, healthy meal and snack ideas and weight maintenance. CONS: Shakes and bars can get monotonous for some people. Some people still feel hungry when they stick to the plan. The meal replacement makes it too easy to slip back into bad habits when you stop using the Slim-Fast products.

ATKINS DIET Atkins Diet is a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. PROS: It helps you stop the cravings for as long as you are on the diet. When followed properly the diet will indeed cause individuals to lose weight. CONS: The diet puts stress on the body. Many people report feelings of loss energy while on the diet.

GRAPEFRUIT DIET The Grapefruit Diet is a weight loss diet built solely around the humble. PROS: Grapefruit has no fat, is low in calories and sodium, and is packed with vitamin C. PROS: You’ll lose weight fast, and can get as much of the foods listed in the program as you want. It provides a great kick-start for a more moderate diet. CONS: Some people find the soup bland. Some people have reported feeling light-headed, weak, and have suffered from decreased concentration.

L.A WEIGHT LOSS LA Weight Loss Centers diet is a center-based plan offering personalized plans and counseling. PROS: It is a lifetime commitment. CONS: It is not a one-size-fits-all diet plan. The program is not available in all areas.
