4. You will: Attend a college class taught by a college professor Experience residential life on a college campus Explore assistive technologies Talk with college professionals about services (Student Services with Disabilities, Financial Aid, Admissions, ADA Office)

5. You will also: Get to know college student leaders with disabilities Develop relationships and support networks with peers, student leaders and professionals

6. You will learn: Time Management Strategies How to get college accommodations How to access assistive technologies About college programs and services

7. You will leave College Bound: Self determined Motivated Confident Knowledgeable

Typical Student Sessions “Mock” Freshman Class Assistive Technologies Hands-on Experience College Health, Fitness, Social, Career & Academic Supports Q & A with Disability Service Providers from Several Colleges, Financial Aid, and other College Programs and Services Transition and College Success Strategies

9. Ultimately, College Bound Can: Prepare for College Success Improve Retention Rates Promote Self-advocacy Build Leadership Skills and Self- confidence
