InfoPath develops data forms based on XML. The first version was Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003 and the latest version appeared in 2007. this program can allow the user to include among others: a digital signature, documents designed in different programs, images, different fonts, sizes, colors, buttons, and shapes. InfoPath is a Microsoft Office software which enhances the use of information (collection, shared utilization), throughout very well organized, professionally presented and dynamic forms. By using these forms, it becomes easier: To collect information that is required more professionally and completely. To share administrative information within organizations. To manage information effectively. To apply technology for information management. To convert word and excel documents into InfoPath forms. Depending on the organization needs, InfoPath helps the user to just complete the information using a preexisting form, or design his own forms. My learning objectives as a student specialized in technology are: To be able to explore new horizons in the vast path of technology software. To be able to design different types of professionally-presented forms To be able to manage informational requests wisely.

It is imperative to explore new software options in order to be updated and learn about other possibilities to enhance administrative and personal results. We are used to follow the mass, and in doing so we do not realize that there might be great opportunities that are really valuable which we miss. Chances are there, software is already included when we bought the computer; however, we tend to use the common programs, and we do not even try to open and see the minimum characteristics of new software such as Microsoft Office InfoPath. InfoPath is a very practical and useful program to use and to navigate to improve data manage. Norton, Priscilla, Debra Spragne. Technology for Learning. 2001 http//:www.wikipedia.com/infopath.htm
