9. Everyone was given 3 flash cards with math problems on them. They worked their 3 problems using the example given as a guide. When finished, they swapped with someone in their group and worked their 3 problems. Compared answers to make sure they both got the correct answers.

10. When finished with the first swap, they swapped with someone else in their group and worked their 3 problems. Compared answers to make sure they both got the correct answers. Depending on the group, each person worked 9 – 12 problems. Flashcards were given back to their owners and stored on Page 3 in the ½ index card pocket.
