Basic Info Was born in Valladolid in 1611 B.C. All his family members were artists. He was educated in Madrid by Pedro de las Cuevas He died in 1678
3
Accomplishments Antonio is famous for his still-lifes. The most well known of Antonio’s paintings is called “The Knight’s dream.” Antonio advanced the style in the Baroque era of painting.
4
Qualities I would have to say that the hardships that Antonio faced is quite worthwhile to read about. He loses everyone dear to him like his mentor and got expelled from the court because his guardian, Giovanni Battista Crescenzi passed away.
5
Your Choice I think the reason Antonio changed from history paintings to still-lifes is still yet unknown and there is a small chance that a little story is hid behind it.
6
Conclusion I think this man’s paintings and just himselfwould be an interesting topic to study. Also hispaintings can inspire people with a desire tobecome a painter or just paint still lifes forentertainment.
