HealthLink What is HealthLink? HealthLink is a Personal Health Networking solution on the cloud that enables healthcare consumers network with healthcare providers such as medical practitioners, pharmacies and clinical labs of their choice. HealthLink aims to greatly enhance the efficiency of healthcare services by helping consumers reduce waiting time and commuting. HealthLink How does HealthLink work? HealthLink is introducing an innovative concept in healthcare called, Personal Health Networking (PHN). In addition, HealthLink provides for maintaining consumers’ Personal Heath Records (PHR) online. HealthLink enables every healthcare consumer to set up their own PHN comprising of medical practitioners, pharmacies and clinical labs of their choice. Whenever a consumer visits a practitioner in the network, he/she need not have to carry physical health records. The practitioner will be able to access the entire medical history of the consumer online using the consumer’s e-mail ID. When the practitioner prescribes remedies or tests, the consumer’s health record is updated on HealthLink. In addition, pharmacies and labs in the consumer’s network are notified of the prescriptions so that they can act upon them immediately instead of waiting for the consumer to arrive at their location. Clinical labs can upload test reports to the consumers online health file so that the practitioner can access immediately. Real-time communication within the network greatly enhances the efficiency of healthcare delivery in addition to reducing waiting time and costs. HealthLink How do I use HealthLink? Signing up to HealthLink: Click "My HealthLink" on the main page of www.healthlink.co.in. Click "Sign-up as new user“. You will be presented with a sign-up form. Please enter as much details as possible in the sign-up form. E-mail ID, first name, location, mobile number and date of birth are mandatory inputs for signing up into HealthLink. Once successfully signed-up, you will see a confirmation page informing you that your HealthLink password has been e-mailed to you. Access your e-mail and note down the auto-generated HealthLink password. Logging into HealthLink: Return to www.healthlink.co.in and click "Login to HealthLink" on the sign-up confirmation page. Enter your user id, which should be the e-mail ID entered in the sign-up form and the password received by e-mail, in the login page and click "Login". On logging into HealthLink successfully, you will be taken to your online Health File. Your Personal Health Network

HealthLink How do I use HealthLink? Health File: Health File is the default page that appears once a user logins into HealthLink. It contains your entire medical history. You may search for medical records by date, names of practitioners, names of remedies prescribed or names of tests prescribed. The screen initially contains default filter dates, which can be modified and applied for filtering. Modify the filter values if you wish and click the "Filter" button to view your Personal Health Record based on the filter criteria entered. Your Personal Health Network

HealthLink How do I use HealthLink? Consultations: HealthLink helps you update and maintain your online health file by way of providing a means to enter practitioner notes, medical advice, remedy prescriptions and test prescriptions. You may also upload reports against prescribed tests. Choose the "Consultations" option in the HealthLink menu to enter the prescription entry page. HealthLink asks you to enter the date of consultation and the name of the practitioner visited. On entering these details you will be directed to the prescriptions details page where the following can be entered: Practitioners notes on your ailment Advice Review date Remedies prescribed Tests prescribed Note: Remedy name and quantity are mandatory inputs for entering remedy prescription. Similarly, description of test prescribed is a mandatory input for creating test prescription. Non-medical remedies can also be input in HealthLink. The consultations page displays a summary of remedies and tests prescribed at the bottom. In case a remedy or test has been incorrectly prescribed, you may either delete it by clicking the "D" button against the remedy/test in question or may edit it by clicking the "E" button. On obtaining a test report, the report can be uploaded onto HealthLink by clicking the "U" button against the test prescription. Once uploaded, reports can be reviewed by clicking "R" button or can be deleted using "D" button. Clicking "U" on an already uploaded report, you may update the test report. On completing the consultation details entry, click the "Done" button to enter details of next consultation. Your Personal Health Network

HealthLink How do I use HealthLink? Changing your password: Click "Change password" option in the user drop-down menu. Enter current and new password and click "Change password". You will get a confirmation once the password is changed successfully. Forgot password: If you have misplaced your password, you may request a new password from HealthLink by clicking "Forgot password?" in the login screen. You will be asked to enter your user id and on clicking "Send me new password", a new password is e- mailed to you. You may now access your e-mail, note down the new password, return to HealthLink and login to HealthLink using the new password by clicking "Login to HealthLink". Your Personal Health Network

HealthLink How do I use HealthLink? Updating contact details: If you would like to update any of the contact details provided during sign-up, you may do so using the menu option "Update contact details". Please ensure you do not delete first name, location or mobile number as these are mandatory inputs in HealthLink. Your Personal Health Network

HealthLink What software is required to use HealthLink? HealthLink does not require any new software to be installed on your computer. You can use HealthLink by accessing the website www.healthlink.co.in through any of the browsers listed below.www.healthlink.co.in 1. Chrome version 45.X 2.
