5 ATLAS team manages all concessions operations, including training and certification to meet all health codes Concessions Operations Project Managers stock, open, and close the indoor & outdoor concessions stands ASG’s sign up to serve in concession stand & take tickets ASG’s are currently compensated at the following rates: $200 for regular event $750 for Varsity Football $40 per hour for non-standard or all day events

14 Use clubhouse to offer real communication about ATLAS issues or Grade Levels Use CHALKBOARD - Colleges do!! Use Outlook/Text/Facebook to invite community (prepares students for real world) Better website (communication) Encourage students to participate in ATLAS Meetings Provide detailed information about classes toward leadership, prior to course selections for upcoming year Dominion Facebook (NETWORK) Chat room on Website More support from business partnerships Marketing Head/Group Integrate students into ATLAS committees. Have parent involvement in student organizations.

15 Involved faculty and staff Communication to flow through clubhouse Put ATLAS news and information on scrolling announcements or potty mouth Publicize ATLAS meetings Kids get 10 extra credit points to their worst class every time their parent participates in an activity – encourages participation by parents. Database of all students contact information and indexed by activity – This benefits care pooling, experts availability – may have privacy issues but work the idea

16 Set goal to fill this room with parents Get more information out ATLAS – Student (explain to students what ATLAS is) Student – ATLAS Get more people to the meetings Invite some ATLAS members to SCA meeting Communications board Seat. (Have a communications) Review committee for ATLAS to be able to entertain financial requests not entertained by 20% account.
