USDA Revised eGovernment Goals and Objectives Comments/Questions/Suggestions Goal 1: Objectives Unresolved Questions or Issues  How should we include the notion of user-friendliness?  Should we address using eGovernment to enhance communication tools and resources?  The objectives for goal one do not follow the same pattern as goals two and three. For example, goals two and three seem to use eGovernment for activities such as education, business transaction, and collaboration. However, goal one centers around mission-oriented activities.
