Aims: To find out if the training enabled staff to carry out their new role as re-ablement workers. To capture if skills have been transferred into practice To identify future learning needs

What is reablement “ Reablement is generally designed to help people learn or re-learn the skills necessary for daily living which may have been lost through deterioration in health and/or increased support needs.” (social care for excellence and reablement)
