Set in their learning pattern—They’re in a continual state of learning. They are self- directed and prefer to control their learning experiences. Busy—Competing interests (family, work).

Give participants the option to pass on or opt out of any activity. Summarize points made before moving on to the next subject. Try not to read directly from your notes. Post a small clock where you can see it.
