4. About this presentation At our English lessons we speak on different topics. I like everything. But my favourite one is “Robots”, that’s why I want to tell you about them.

5. Introduction What about travelling to an active volcano or building a space hotel? Will you do it yourself or will you ask a robot to do it? Don’t worry, robots will go where you’ll tell them. Besides, they can wash up, tell children a fairy-tale and guard a house against robbers.

14. Best Assistant The company “Philips” works on the project iCat for many years. It is an electronic cat which can speak with the members of a family and do what they want.

15. It can also change the expression of its face. It’s nice to have a robot which can smile and help.

16. Robot-Guide In a museum on the isle of Sicily there is a robot-guide. It tells the visitors the most interesting things.

17. Robot-Baby-sitter Do you look for a nurse? There is good news. The company NEC will soon sell the robot PaPeRo, which can not only dance and read but also look after children.
