4 Transcript Information Legal Document Review information for errors: (name, address, phone#, birth date, report errors to Counseling Secretary, Mrs. Zimmermann Credits/classes taken to date: fours semesters completed, should have minimum 100 -120 credits Current classes for junior year Grade Point Average, weighted/non weighted CAHSEE (California High School Exit Exam) Passing score = 350 or above in Math and 350 or above in English

5 How To Make Up Credits ? Adult School (night classes) attend one night per class weekly. Cyber High (zero period) attend class daily Contact your counselor at beginning of fall semester and/or beginning of December, for spring term, priority given to seniors and need counselor approval to attend either adult or cyber school Duncan Russell School –very credit deficient, possibility to earn enough credits to transfer to Stein Stein School- “Off Track” to graduate from THS Counselor referral is required for consideration to attend DR or Stein

Lab Science (1yr biological science and 1yr physical science) for CSU, 3 years recommended for (UC) E. Foreign Language = 2 years (CSU) and 3+ years (UC) F. Visual & Performing Arts = 1 year G. Elective = 1 year (from any subject area above) Must earn a grade of C or better in all a-g courses.

12 Early Assessment Program (EAP) Voluntary academic program to assess college readiness in English and Math classes for California State Universities (CSU’s) only Not used for admission to the college: does not disqualify a student for registering to the college. 13 Registration is required for students planning to participate in college athletics at the Division 1 or Division 2 levels. Students must register at end of their junior year.
