3. Purpose for Recreation CenterPurpose for Recreation Center  The purpose of this recreation center is to provide a fun and secure place for people of all ages to come and participate in any of the activities and events provided.  Our goal is to keep the residents of Middletown safe.

4. Areas in the Recreation CenterAreas in the Recreation Center  This Recreation Center will include:  Swimming Pool  Gymnasium  Football/Baseball/Softball /Soccer/Lacrosse field  Aerobics center  Weight room  Exercise room  Indoor Track Field  Water park

5. Places for Recreation CenterPlaces for Recreation Center  The ideal place for this Recreation Center is a wide open space with a lot of un-used land.  Next to St. Andrews School  Behind the Elementary School  These spots are the most ideal spots because they either in or close to the town of Middletown.  Having the Center in these areas would be convenient to the people of Middletown.  The constructing of this building will begin on May 19, 2009 and should be ready by January 30, 2011.
