3 New Background Check Process Current state Current vendor: Pre-Employ Volunteers often confused by need to go to external website Volunteer Administrators must use an external website to process checks and review results Results must be transferred manually into Volunteer Connection

4 New Background Check Process Where we are going New vendor: Asurint Tighter integration of two systems will improve the intake process for both volunteers and administrators The same process may also be used for Driver’s License and Professional License checks

19 Appendix Yellow results Asurint administrator logs into Asurint system via The Exchange Determines if the issues will prevent the volunteer from joining the organization or not Volunteer Resources at NHQ can provide additional guidance on making this determination Set a “final” result for the order as clear (Green) or fail (Red)
