Times Square was originally named Longacre Square in 1904. Times Square had become the premiere theater district in the U.S. during the World War I. During the Great Depression, businesses of Times Square were not affected financially. Times Square was made more family friendly in the 1980’s. This process was called “Disneyfication”.

Times Square deserves a documentary. There are several reasons for this. It has a lot of history behind it, it has many fun places to visit, and do not forget about all of the interesting New Yorker’s that you will see in your travels. If you give me the chance to make a documentary about this unofficial wonder of the world, I will not disappoint you. Thank you for your time.
