4. New RTHK Consultation Charter to be issued covering all the main aspects of RTHK’s operation An Advisory Board to be appointed by CE – a high-level advisory body to advise Director of Broadcasting

5. New RTHK – expanded services To run DAB services Operate its own TV channels in HD and SD New programming opportunities on digital TV and radio platforms

6. New RTHK – community participation A platform for community participation Community Broadcasting Involvement Fund to be set up RTHK to administer the fund
