Synthesis In Arriving At Truth “Synthesis [sin-thĕ-sis], any compound produced by uniting two or more elements; or the process of combining things into one. Synthesis, which brings elements into combination, is the opposite of analysis, which breaks something down into its constituent parts. In philosophical dialectic, the synthesis is the product of the opposition between a thesis and its antithesis.”
