6 The 30-minute Poster EXTEND LEARNING How will you continue & extend conversations about scientific teaching through the year? ENGAGE ALLIES Who else should be in the conversation? How can you engage them? Who are your allies (or you need to be allies)? PLAN EVENT & AUDIENCE What formal scientific teaching event will you organize? For whom? When? What will be the outcomes? PREDICT OBSTACLES What potential barriers and needs do you forsee? ID STRATEGIES & RESOURCES How will you get around the barriers? How will you get the resources? Build a plan POSTER TITLE

7 Sharing Ideas Poster Sessions (20 minutes total) Session 1 presenters: 10 minutes Session 2 presenters: 10 minutes - One team member browses posters - One team member stays at poster to discuss plan Now Switch: - One team member browses posters - One team member stays at poster to discuss plan * If only one member of team, stay at poster in this session
