How to request a new email 1.Email chapweb@indiana.edu to request an email.chapweb@indiana.edu 2.Your ASC (Alumni Services Coordinator) will remind you of your designated send week and help determine which day will be best to send. 3.Your ASC will assist you in collecting all the content and images needed to your email. 4.Marketing will create, code, and send your email. 12/3/2015ADVANCE IU MARKETING – CHAPTER WEBSITES AND EMAILS

New process 1.Email calendar updates to chapweb@indiana.edu. chapweb@indiana.edu 2.ASC makes updates directly to calendar 3.Calendar entries appear on your chapter website automatically. *If a registration form is needed, that will be your calendar entry.
