Changing your Calendar View SCENE 1, CALENDAR VISUAL How to change your calendar view: Script: Google Calendar is a great tool for keeping track of appointments and managing your schedule. 1.Once you log into your calendar, you can change how you want to view your calendar. You can view it either by day, week, month, a selection of 4 consecutive days of your choice, by agenda, or by Year of choice)… (demonstrate)…This is done by Clicking the blue tabs located on the upper right hand side of your calendar. Note that for the Year view, you have the option to enter the exact year you would like to see. Simply type in the year on the field below it, and then click the GO button (and voila!).

3. Changing The Settings for your Calendar(s) Scene 2 Script: Next, to change the Settings on your calendar, Click on the “Settings Link” located either on the middle left side of the calendar, right below your My Calendar List,---- or on the uppermost corner of your google calendar page.

4. Changing the Settings for your Calendar(s) Scene 3 Script: As you can see, this window appears giving you several options to select your desired preferences. Each tab offers a different set of preferences which you can then tailor according to your needs. Fill in the requested information as you go through each tab. *General Settings, (demonstrate extrapolate) *Calendar Setting (demonstrate,extrapolate) * Mobile Setting (demonstrate, extrapolate) *Labs Setting (demonstrate, extrapolate) click the Save button on the bottom of the page when you have finished. Your settings will now appear in your calendar.
