Respond on a scale of zero to 10: 1. How happy did you feel yesterday? 2. How anxious did you feel yesterday? 3. How satisfied are you with your life nowadays? 4. To what extent do you feel the things you do in your life are worthwhile? Andrew Oswald, a happiness economics expert at the University of Warwick added: 5. “How well have you been sleeping?” 6. “How pressurized do you feel your time is?” When finished, add your numbers to get a total.
