2. Who are We? Our Vision A worldwide character revolution resulting in personal and cultural transformation. Our Mission To mobilize followers of Christ to transform their world by equipping them to experience and pass on a biblical life system for personal success and significance.

3. Why do we exist? ✦ To address the epidemic of the soul in our culture worldwide. An epidemic is a disease or anything resembling a disease; attacking or affecting many individuals in a community or a population simultaneously or anything which takes possession of the minds of people as an epidemic does of their bodies; as, an epidemic of terror (Webster’s Dictionary) ✦ To deliver the antidote to this epidemic: A principle- centered life of character. ✦ To provide direction and hope for future generations.

How do we measure success? ✦ transformed lives and cultures. ✦ every major sphere of influence (the 7 mountains) and every major population center worldwide will experience a character revolution. ✦ an army of disciplers/coaches re-parenting the next generation. ✦ strategies put in place to champion character in all arenas of life. ✦ a sense of movement and an army that sustains and scales this transformation worldwide.

What is our plan? ✦ Equip the leaders and coaches through live, synchronous and asynchronous training and coaching around MAXIMIZERS Life System for Success and Significance. ✦ Empower those trained through ongoing coaching, virtual communities, action groups, support-on-demand resources, marketing platforms, social networking tools, and connection as a worldwide army engaged in this character revolution. ✦ Engage those trained as coaches, certifiers, strategists, leaders, support professionals, networkers, funders and recruiters in such a way that they are discovering and leveraging their PEGS (passion, expertise, gifts and styles) and maximizing their LIFE (labor, influence, finances, and expertise) in this character revolution.
