ACFT DON’T MAKE THOUSANDS OF EXISTING ACFT FLYING UNDER « GRANDFATHER’s RIGHT » JUST BECAUSE OF RULEMAKING. CLEARLY DEFINE THE BASICS OF AN ACFT CLASS, SO EVERY ACFT WILL BE IN HIS « NATURAL » CATEGORY. CLEARLY DEFINE A CLASS :EMPTY WEIGHT, MTOW, Vso, max hp, EQUIPMENT (retractable gear, prop pitch, etc.) EASY TRANSITION OF EXISTING ACFT INTO THE CATEGORY THE OWNER CHOOSES. (also for license)
