2. Concept The key idea was to create a piece of furniture that combines seating and storing, something that is portable and modular.

Research Considering human proportions and body metrics Dimensions of seating areas greatly vary, depending on different activities (e.g. reading, office work, temporary seating, resting, dining etc.) and the design. Dimensions of the seat, back (and arms) varies. The ideal easy sitting position is somewhere between these two. There are many elements in the design of a chair which affect ergonomics, such as: angle of the seat materials height of the seat above the floor height of the seat to work level height of the arm rest above seating level height of the back rest above the seating level width of the seat
