PAST HISTORY: Obesity with hyperlipidemia under medication control. Gouty arthritis. Hyperglycemia status under medication. Denied other disease or OP history.

Outcome of this patient Complete rest for 2 weeks with Walking stick support Ice pack,NSAID, Gradually leakage to lower end (archillis tendon), than disappear. After 2 months, good recovery.
