Outcomes The chart shows a positive shift in the mean SWEMWBS score of participants before (blue) and after (green) attending the ‘Ignite Your Life!’ event. Participants showed a distinct improvement in wellbeing after taking part in the event (mean=28.0) compared with before (mean=24.8) p<0.001%, df=51.
